Protecting your personal information is a top priority for the Klumis team. As such we have implemented internal processes and allocated the needed resources to comply with the UE Regulations 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and well as any other applicable law concerning your personal data.

The Privacy Policy

Describes how your personal data is collected, used, and shared when you visit klumis.com. We will refer in the following paragraphs to klumis.com as the “Site”.

When we refer to “Personal Information” in this document we talk about two types of personal data: “Device Information” and “Order Information”, which are detailed below.

Why we collect some information about your personal data:

Generally, we collect your personal data directly from you so you have control over what type of information you share with us. Also we collect some information about which content you visit on the Site.

We do not want to collect or use personal information about minors who have not at least 16 years old. Also we do not collect sensitive data that would not comply with the laws of data protection.

 

Why we collect your personal data and how we use it:

  • In order to personalize your experience on the Site.
  • To better serve your personal interests with the services and products that we offer.
  • To be able to contact you in case there are invoicing or delivery issues with your orders on our Site.

What personal information do we collect:

We also collect information about the  web pages that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site and how you interact with the Site.

When you make a purchase, a product reservation or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect “Order information” from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.
